We have a small rescue charity urgently seeking a property in the Kent area - will consider counties bordering Kent such as Essex and East Sussex.  Funding is  in place so the charity can proceed with an immediate purchase and funds are available up to £800k .

Ideally seeking a property with between 1 and 2 acres with existing outbulidings or kennels on site - possibly an ex greyhound kennels.   It does not need to be a licensed boarding kennel.
